Policies & Procedures

          Schedule will be arranged for your services to be completed.

        Cancellations:        72 hour notice required for any appointments that need rescheduled.  Half day charge if not followed, day work may be estimated, (does not include sickness, which requires a 2 hour notice by phone). 

        Cleaners and tools:
          Multi-purpose cleaner: 409
            Glass cleaner: Windex
            Floors: Simple Green
            Toilets in: Lysol toilet disinfectant  
            Showers: Commit, kaboom
            Dusting: feather duster and Pledge on wood
These will be brought and used by APC.  If your home requires specific cleaners they must be provided by you and kept on hand, i.e. stainless steel cleaner, specific floor wax, hypoallergenic products etc.
         
        Straightening and pick up: (for house cleans)
Consists of gathering all clothes off floor and placing in dirty clothes basket (if clothing is not dirty please on furniture off floor); gathering all dishes, to wash and put away; fixing pillows and folding blankets.  Random receipts and odd pieces will not be thrown away but placed on nearest counter top or dresser.

Partners:
For all deep cleans Jennifer Montgomery (my wife) will accompany me in that clean.  Various other partners may be used at any given time.  You are not required to pay each individual person, only to follow by the charges.  You may request a copy of any driver’s license of individual’s that come inside your home.  Copy must than be shredded or returned after job completed and walk through complete.

Payments:
Starting any service, trip fee and that day’s work must be paid prior to job start time.  Payments may be made in cash or money order.  Checks not accepted.  A receipt will be sent via email after payment has been received. 

Late payment fee:
$5.00 will be added for any late payment not paid by due date (unless on a payment plan with paper work completed prior to due date). 
         Non payment:     
 Causes a temporary void in contract, payment plan needs to be set up for past balance while making all current payments as well or services will cease immediately.
          *All information needs to stay current.
        Holidays:If a set scheduled appointment lands on a holiday, service will than be completed the weekday prior.
        End of services:Upon the time for needing to end services at least a 30 day notice is required by either party.  If this policy is not followed, than you are responsible for two weeks pro rated amount in addition to any remaining balance on account.
        Privacy policy:     
Do not disclose any rate, agreement or any other account information with anyone while and/or after stopping services with APC.  Your information will be used solely for APC for your account.  Any information you give will not be shared or sold to any outside party.  If you choose to stop receiving information about APC after service has stopped please opt out by sending an email or letter requesting.
