House Cleaning:
$140 Deep clean- up to three and a half hours, regular hourly rate applies for additional time
· Floors: sweep and mop
· Vacuuming throughout
· Bathrooms: counters & sink, floors, shower, toilet, mirrors
· Windows: inside, seal, blind dusting
· Dusting: high and low
· Kitchen: counters, sink, microwave, stove
· Bed making
· Straighten and pick up*
· Garbage’s throughout
Standard clean- must have first initial deep clean prior
Keep up of the above listed as needed. Set rate established after deep clean, house size, frequency and specifics.
$20 Additions services- each
· Oven clean: thorough inside and out, including pan drawer
· Refrigerator and freezer: top, front, sides and inside
· Blinds cleaned front and back, includes 2 windows
· Bed service: sheets, pillow cases and blankets washed and replaced, fragrance sprayed and mint left, pulled away from wall and vacuumed, mattress flipped; each bed
